Wellness self-management strategies inspire each one of us to be the expert of our own lived experience. @mindful-living, program offerings integrate the wisdom from traditional practices such as yoga, qigong and mindfulness into accessible tools suitable for even the busiest lifestyle. Mindful movement, meditation and breathwork nurture the mind-body connection; inspire personal wellness; and anchor self to the present as the agent of intention.
Mindful movement honours the body by rooting into the present, activating a full range of motion, growing physical and mental spaciousness, and inspiring integrated muscle engagement. ​Mindful movement engages with our body and mind in a way that guides us towards a lived experience of wellness and joy.

Wellness Education
Mindful Breathing
Mindful breathing is a powerful and accessible tool to support awareness, stress reduction and emotional regulation. Breathing strategies are integrated into mindful movement and meditation, but can be equally powerful tool as a distinct practice.
Mindful Meditation
Mindful meditation as a regular practice can accompany breathwork or movement, but it is equally effective as a distinct practice. Guided meditation with Insight, imagery, concentration, body scan or letting go can inspire mindful moments with increased presence and connection with self and other.
Body awareness and emotional regulation are natural by-products of being present.
