200 HR Yoga Teacher Training
Classical Hatha Yoga inspires this yoga teacher training. The training will start with embracing ancient yogic philosophies and practices; will integrate them with current ways of knowing and finally will support each student to find their own teacher within.
Training will be live with a blending of virtual and face to face modules. This course can be for self-exploring or working towards certification.
Children/Family Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga is not just wonderful for the mind and body but it can be fun and interactive. Whether you are a yoga teacher or a children's programmer (school/recreation), or interested parent this program will provide you with the skills to facilitate yoga learning for children and families.
