HaTha Yoga practice whether on a mat or a chair, using props or propping with body parts this movement is neither fitness nor meditation, but a beautiful flow within your range of motion supported by an inward gaze.
Qigong is a wellness practice that is indigenous to China. Similar to Tai Chi the movement engages the body, mind and breath in ways that support healing. The body movements promote strength, balance and agility while leaving the body feeling calm and energized.

Mindful Chair movement can draw from both yoga and qigong practices to provide full body engagement to promote strength, mobility and energy.
All programs will include breathwork and meditation and promote energized relaxation.
